Sony Ericsson S500i dropped on hard floor?

Does anyone know how to fix my daughter's phone, she dropped it while out shopping in a mall on the solid floor and now only the numbers 1, 7, * and # keys work,so she can't text or call from it, but everything else seems to be working fine.
