Mend Vauxhall Corsa 1998

Problems with vauxhall corsa 1998 central locking ?

Hi, got a 1998 1.4 16v GLS vauxhall corsa. Cerntral locking has packed in, checked fuse; but ok. Battery has gone flat but I linked it up to a good battery via jump leads. Car started but central locking still down. Any pointers to get it locked up for the night.

Not really an answer but my wife's 1998 Corsa Breeze has developed exactly the same problem. Fitted new battery but CL remains erratic in operation. Can anyone suggest which part might have failed?
