Delonghi Professional DFS901 ?

I have a Delonghi DFS901 Professional oven. The timer unit broke. I removed the timer, and saw that the relay was visibily burnt out, so therefore ordered an new timer from Partmaster. This is still out of stock.
This all occured at the beginning of December. Unfrotunately, I have lost the notes on the wiring... My only excuse is that over Christmas, there was paper all over the place!!
There are only 4 connections.
Four wires ; two red and two blue. The wires are ;
RED wire from the Function switch / control
BLUE wire from the function switch / control
BLUE wire from the temperature control
RED - coming into the unit from the mains.
Does anybody have the wiring information ?
Thanks
Mark

Your wiring seems to be slightly different from ours. Viewing from the rear, it is clear that the 2 terminals on the left are the relay contact output (controlling the oven), and the 2 on the right are the supply to the timer. There might be an internal connection between them, but I think this is unlikely (I haven't checked).
Ours is wired as follows:
Top left - Red - Live from high temperature cut-out + link to Top right.
Bottom left - Red - to oven control switch.
Top right - Pale Blue or Grey - Live to hob controls (for ignition).
Bottom right - Pale Blue or Grey - Neutral from oven control switch.
