Mend Vauxhall Cavalier 2ltr Fuel Injection Car

clutch?

hiya can someone please tell me when i start my vauxhall cavalier 2ltr fuel injection car 1994 , i put it into 1st but i have to rev it more than normal & it does this in second and third is it the clutch thanks dave

yes it is definitely your clutch simple test to prove this , start your motor then dip clutch put motor in 5th gear and slowly release the clutch if the motor doesn't stall the clutch is in need of replacing.
