ball float arm fully extended but water keeps filling?
the toilets overflow keeps spurting water after the toilet is flushed. I have looked inside the cistern, the ball float( does it looks like an upsidedown cup) is on its lowest setting and the water keeps flowing until its runs out of the overflow for a few seconds. The plastic bag water infill thinging is split would this make a difference???? Pls help, blonde female.
I'm no plumber but sometimes the ball float needs replacing, it just wears out and does not shut off completely. These are quite easy ! to fix, just buy a new one and follow instructions. they range from a couple of quid to 12 .
