bobbin, i can't get it in right?

Hello Norma,
Make sure you have the presser foot up when you thread the machine so the thread goes between the tensions discs, top tension about 5, you should be able to pull the bottom thread through with some slight resistence, if you feel it is too tight slacken the screw on the bobbin case anti clockwise about a quartyer of a turn at a time.
