How can i fix my whirlpool fridge model ER2HMXPL00?

How can i fix my whirlpool fridge
model ER2HMXPL00
Serial # ER5211567

My Fridge part has stopped getting cold
while the freezer part has gotten too cold and ice starts to form around the walls. The fridge was cleaned by someone and shortly afterwards (1Day) the fridge started losing it old and freezer started getting super cold and spreading ice and frost on the walls and the food
What needs to be fixed?

Ice is forming over the opening that the cold air from the freezer blows through. There is a drain hose that water drains out of when the freezer hits the defrost cycle. If that drain freezes, water builds up and ice starts forming and blocks the opening that the fan blows cold air through.Take off bottom panel and the two back panels in the freezer and you'll see a styrofoam block at the bottom. The opening in, or under that will be blocked.Remove all the ice you can from freezer.I used a heat gun. I also made sure the drain ( in the center, in the back of the freezer )was clear, using a piece of wire. You will know because water that was back there will suddenly drain away. Put everthing back together and it should be fine. Ive done alot of these with this kind of problem. I hope this helps
