how do i reprogramme my Danfoss RX1?

I pressed a button on the timer and unbeknown to me it got stuck and turned itself off, now i cant get it back on i have the hot water but the programme button on the main box will not light and i cant find my instruction booklet to reprogramme it :-( .If you can help i would be greatful
