how do i install a tiny scanner without any software / cdrom?

i got a scanner without a cd rom and dnt knw how to instal it with out it

Unfortunately they went out of business years ago. If I was you I wouldn't waste my time on it as scanners (and integrated printers) are so cheap. I'd bin it buy a new one.
