I have a Lexmark 4300 series Printer/Scanner/Copier?
I have just replaced both the Black and the Coulored ink Cartridges with Lexmark refils(cartridges not copys) and my printer is telling me to insert a 32(Black)cartridge.I have purchased a second cartridge in case the 1st was faulty but get the same message.I have un installed and reinstalled,and also cleaned the Cartridge"reader"connections as instructed in the troubleshooting in manual.I have turned all off and on rebooted ect and am now at my wits end.The coulor cartridge is being recognised and prints perfectly.The black a no no.Any ideas before i throw it through the window!! 4 hours wasted tonight to try and print one A4 document!!!
