rattle from rocker box?

I have a frotera 2.3td est it is the 95 model and has developed a rattling sound from the rocker box can some please tell me if these are chian driven becuse this is what it sounds like

Hi, it is a chain driven cam but before you strip it down for a chain replacement check the valve clearances! inlet 0.2mm exh 0.3mm measured with a cold engine if you want the chain replacement instructions contact me nige110162@hotmail.co.uk
