My Serivs 3510s won't fill with water or spin fast?

Hi guys.
I have a servis millennium washing machine with a bit of a problem, or two.
First i noticed that at the end of a wash cycle the clothes were soaking wet, but luckerly it was dry and very windy yesterday so that was no biggy, but when i put another load in after, i noticed that it didn't fill up with water, so i stopped the machine and reset the dial to start the cycle again and it did the same thing, so i filled it buy hand through the soap draw to see if every thing else was ok but it won't fast spin aswell.
Any ideas would be great Andy
