Hotpoint Ultima TDC62S Thermostat gone AGAIN!?

My Ultima was not heating and drying the clothes and I replaced my blown thermostat as per the many helpful posts on this site but within weeks the blessed thermostat had blown again. Something ELSE MUST be blowing the thermostats and that thing is the part that therefore needs replacing. I note from other posts on this subject that I am not the only person that has found this issue and there have been no replies to answer or advise. Can anybody help???
