Mend Ford Fiesta 1998 Model

Ford Fiesta 1998 1.25 Model?

Spent the whole day replacing the fuel pump as the car would not turn over. Having replaced this the car started fine. Refuelled, and low and behold the next morning the car would not start. I am fed up and desperate for some guidance. It seems to fail to start whenever I refuel and the car is left to settle overnight.
