Tried powerscans and nothing seems to work. NTL teesside are. Any advice please

HAVE A LOOK THROUGH THE BLANK CHANNELS SLOWLY, ABOUT 4 SECS PER CHANNEL, IF YOU FIND IT YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-NAME IT AND THEN IT WILL GO BACK TO WHERE IT SHOULD BE.
