Toilet won't refill after flushing unless I run a tap?
Hi, my toilet will flush, but after flushing it won't refill unless I run the tap. I sadly know nothng about plumbing, but have looked inside and it looks nothing like the usual ballcock toilets. It is a low-flush type. I hope someone can help, many thanks. Chrissie.
