Samsung smart wash B1245s 6.okg displaying de and 5e?

firstly my washer has started displaying de and will stay flashing like that for about 20 minutes until it starts to wash, then it shows 5e and i can't get my washing out. i've drained and cleaned filter but its done it again. what do i try next please?
