Mend Vaillant VUW GB242E Combi Boiler Heating

vaillant turbomax VUW GB242E LUKEWARM HOT WATER?

my boiler hot water isnt hot enough although boiler gauge shows 80 deg and the flow of water is normal. the boiler is combi and is 6 yrs old. water comes out of tap at about 44 deg. any ideas?

I HAVE THE SAME PROBELM. A NEW WATER HEAT EXCHANGER WILL SOLVE IT ABOUT £90 FOR THE PART.
