Mend Hotpoint CTD00 Water Condenser Dryer

Water not going into condenser drawer?

Hotpoint CTD00 condenser dryer. Water is not reaching the condenser drawer which is at the top but seems to be collecting in the bottom of the machine. I've cleaned out EVERYTHING I can and there are no blockages in the pipes. Is this down to the pump not working and can it be replaced? Any idea of the cost of a new pump?

sounds like pump.cost no sure.remove old drain pump first before buying a new one as they can get jammed up with fluff
