Mend LEC Refrigerator Temperature Defrosting

Colder in garage then in the fridge?

I know that if the temperature drops below a certain point my fridge will turn off and start defrosting, as is the case of my LEC fridge freezer in my garage.

if i leave it, will it work again or do i need to replace the thermostat ?
