Mend Silvercrest PNA-M4310 Navigation Satellite

How can I fix my PNA?

I own a Silvercrest PNA-M4310. In the Guidance Menu, when I select Search, there is no information available in any of the sections, ie, Automotive, Overnight, Eat drink, Sights, Shopping, Liesure, Service and Transport. Can anyone please tell me how to recover this facility. It was available when the PNA was new.
