how can i fix my vehicle leyland daf 330?

my husband has a daf 330 truck year 98 but i don't know much about it.All I know that when he tries to put it in 5th. 6th, gears upwards it makes this sound. Can u tell me what r some of the possible problems that could be wrong with it. Sorry i couldn't give more info
