Mend Media Sat Nav Blue Problem Connection

We have a blue media sat nav that has a problem when lead is connected?

We think the pins have become damaged in the connection point to the lead as it cannot receive any power when plugged in the car.
Does anyone know where I can send it to to get repaired?
