Mend Philips DVP3980 Menu Appear Access Set

Philips DVP3980 Setup MENU OPTIONS?

When in the setup menu options some appear in grey and I can't access these to see what they are set at The ones in black I can get into to alter
Anyone know how I can get into the grey ones one of these is Sound Mode / Music mode
