window washers on renault megane?

i had this....here's what I found.

it was in a kangoo but I think they all use the same part. the motor was getting 12v (tested on pins with multimeter) but not running.
I took the motor off the bottle - just pull it up, then opened it up - very tight fit with a single small catch to pry open.
inside I found the rubber seal had expanded and was pressing the impeller, this stopped it going round. with the case open it ran fine, when close it all became tight and pressed the impeller. so...it took the rubber part out - its about the size of a large coin and removed about 1mm from it with a dremel with a sanding bit in it, then polished it on flat sandpaper and put it back together, all worked fine. worth checking the impeller can go round before you waste cash on replacement motor.

The washer pump and pipes can be accessed via the underside of the wheel arch close to the tyre, rather from inside the engine bay.

Maby a bit late but any how.
I recognise this problem. We had the same problem but then the system stopped dead. The pump were running fine but the fluid didn't get through. We descovered a small cylinder of plastic (about 10 mm in diameter) with a rubber centre that should regulate witch way the fluid should flow.
It is located inside the the unit between the two lines-out and the pump itself.
The rubber in this particular piece had swelled up to a size to big for the holder, plugging both exit lines and making it impossible for it to move.
We fixed the problem by simply cutting of the excess rubber.
It could also be the pump wheel itself that is broken.

I've got same problem!! Did u resolve this? My pump doesn't make any noise at all so it must be the pump not the jets.

if you have not tried this already, stick a pin in the washer jets probably has scale in the jets

the washers on our megan just dribbles, the pump motor is running and the bottle is full.

I've looked but everything seems to be under the wing.

any suggestions

i think the fuse box is inside the glove compartment to the left or undereath the glove compartment to the left. its one of the two!.
