i had this....here's what I found.
it was in a kangoo but I think they all use the same part. the motor was getting 12v (tested on pins with multimeter) but not running.
I took the motor off the bottle - just pull it up, then opened it up - very tight fit with a single small catch to pry open.
inside I found the rubber seal had expanded and was pressing the impeller, this stopped it going round. with the case open it ran fine, when close it all became tight and pressed the impeller. so...it took the rubber part out - its about the size of a large coin and removed about 1mm from it with a dremel with a sanding bit in it, then polished it on flat sandpaper and put it back together, all worked fine. worth checking the impeller can go round before you waste cash on replacement motor.
