Mend Potterton Kingfisher MFL Boiler Day Radiators

Potterton Kingfisher MFL lockout?

boiler is locking out occasionally (once a day). Prior to lockout all radiators get VERY hot and there seems to be some 'kettling' in the primary hot water circuit. This would seem to indicate a fault in heat exchanger temperature sensor or a fault on the main circuit board - what do you guys think, does this sound reasonable?
