Mend Triton Jade Pressure Water

What caused the Pressure reducing device to have cold water flowing out?

my Triton Jade electric shower recently has cold water flowing out from the pressure reducing device for no apparent reason. I tried recommissioning it as per operational manual suspecting it to be air locked, but to no avail. Please advise.
