Mend Belling Countryrange Oven Repair Appliance

How can I fix my Belling Countryrange double gas oven?

I hava a Belling double gas oven. When I turn the oven on one side preheats as normal where as the other seems to have and keep a very low flame and the food is not being cooked. PLEASE HELP!
