how to mend radiator fan on R reg clio?

Radiator fan should come on with the ac is turned on also
that way you can check to see if the fans ok ..if it comes on with ac then its the temp sensor that signals the fan to come on .........good diagnostics on your part .......car doesn`t need cooling fan when @ road speeds ...mostly at idle ...good luck

Well, I ve got a suggestion for u though I am not so good in cars - Just a past experience with a Renault 19
I think you ll need to change the temperature thermostat which controls the temperature whether to start the fan or not. U can look for a thermostat which starts the fan in quite low temp.
