It is straight forward enough.
Remove the door handle and the armrest. Remove the trim panel - panel rivets can be popped out using a flat tool with a broad blade so as not to damage the trim.(prise it off carefully). There is a membrane inside this which can be peeled off.
There is no need to unbolt the regulator mechanism. The glass is attached to the steel channel on the regulator by 2 studs and nuts (10 mm I think) - its a white nylon block with a slot in it which grips the glass. Once separated from the regulator the glass can be slid out of the door (which shouldn't be too difficult if someone has already smashed most of it!). Refit new glass in the same way and put everything back in reverse order.
No special tools needed - just a 10 mm socket, short extension bar and a socket wrench.
