Mend Mercedes-Benz ML270CDI Diesel Fuel Injectors Cold Start

ML270 CDI cold start problem?

Hi,
I have a 2002 ML270CDI. On very frosty days it just won't start until it warms up or I use cold start. MB have replaced 2 fuel injectors but the problem remains. It's runs smoothly when started. I have not had good experiences with my local MB garage since I bought this car 5 years ago so I don't trust them.
