where can i find a diagram that shows how to adjust the hinges on a upvc do?

If the hinges are a pin type hinge then there should be a allen head screw at the end of the sash piece, probably covered by a bung.
If a Butt hinge then there should be allen key adjusters on the frame piece of the hinge.

I can send you some fitting instructions for the inges we supply this may be of some help.
