how can i fix my worcester bosch gas boiler?

how can i fix my worcester bosch gas boiler?
The reset button is flashing red every second and the blue light every 2 seconds?

We have a manuel stating dt20 programmer for greenstar 1 and greenstar si models but it does not give any help on this problem?

We are not even sure of the actual models name?

No heating or hot water, very bad indeed, please help!

how can this be fixed as exactly the same has happened to mine yesterday

hi there exactly same fault has just happened to mine its was due to condensate run-off pipe that had frozen and caused it(water) to biuld up in heater unit and trip it off
