There are probably two ways you could do this:
(1) Send your camera to the manufacturer repair center and they should be able to repair it. Unfortunately, this seems to cost as much as the original product itself.
(2) Look around Ebay for someone selling your model of camera. If you have the right tools you can probably be able to dismantle your camera and replace the broken part without any soldering. Most components are attached using connector cables and heat-conductive adhesive foil (copper/aluminum/silver).
You would need a jewellers toolkit (a set of small screwdrivers) and at least one roll of foil in order to put everything back together again. Use an ice-cube tray to store all the small screws, and use a notebook/camera to keep track of where everything came from/goes to.
You can make a mini clean-room from a large plastic box and a transparent plastic bag (with a couple of holes cut so you can get your hands in.
