Where does the loose clear tube at the bottom of my Triton Trance goes? ?
When the shower unit is turned on, there is no water coming out from the shower head. Instead, the water comes out from a clear tube (that I never knew was there until this issue started) at the bottom on the unit.
The shower head is connected at the outlet and this clear tube seems to be connected behide it. There is no obvious slot for the open end of the clear tube to go into but it is possible that it could have been blocked off.
Does anyone have any idea how to get water coming out from the shower head instead of the clear tube?
prd has tripped,buy a new one from triton and refit.test after removing shower head and turn to cold setting.

Don't know lots about showers but the clear tube acts like an overflow pipe on a water tank /toilet cistern etc,remove the shower head and see if water comes out of the hose(the head is blocked)if no water comes out then the hose may be blocked,it gets a bit dangerous after that so get a sparky in,sounds like a blockage-hard water-limescale-debris.
