I can't help, but I have the same problem. My 54 diesel has started being very stiff for about 30 minutes then it returns to something like normal, once it has 'warmed up' . I thought the gearbox oil might need a top up, but the local garage suggested draining it and replacing with some synthetic stuff! Any suggestions would be appreciated.
