snapped belt on tdc 30 hotpoint tumble drier?

i have a snapped tumble drier belt on a hotpoint tdc30 and i have the part on order which i will recieve tomorrow.
can you tell me how to replace the belt it looks like its meant to go around the drum of the machine and there are tension pullies on the bottom of the machine.
