My toilet constantly runs water into the bowl, the flush is normal but the outside of toilet 'sweats' and the water drips onto the floor, how is this fixed?
How can I open water tank in Roca toilet ? I trayed to pull up the button but it doesnt go and doesn't rotate .

We had the same problem with water constantly running into the bowl. We carefully lifted the button stopper out from the flush to reveal a screw at the bottom of the flush unit. By loosening the screw we seem to have overcome the problem. Fiddling about inside the cystern seemed to have little effect. Loosen or tighten the screw until the water stops running in. Good luck!
