Mend Bosch Dishwasher Spray Arm

Bosch spray arm not turning?

The bottom spray arm on our Bosch dishwasher does not rotate when in a cycle. It turns freely by hand and the jets are clear.

Possible that the motor on the base of the heater unit that controls the water flow between the top and bottom spray arms is faulty or jammed,this is a difficult repair,reqs entire cabinet removing to gain access to it.
