How do I open a zip file with the extension .ods?

It appears your document is an OpenOffice speadsheet. (http://filext.com/file-extension/ODS)

Take a look at the Wikipedia page for OpenDocument and scroll down to the Application Support Section.

You should be able to find links for software to open and view the file.
