turned the key and dash lights came on but as i turned it the last click car went dead. No start noise or any sounds as if engine was trying to start but was failing. but cannot lock car now. Had thought poss start motor but maybe battery??? very unsure
you need to charge your battery mate. if you charge it up it should start straght away. the lights on the dash come up so it means the battery has some charge in it. but not enough charge to start the car. if you have jump leads the jump start the car. this will be quicker. after the jump start take the car for a long drive so the car can charge the battery.
