Vaillant EcoMax no idea of Model?

Hi,

I need a user manual but I have no idea which model my boiler is, all it has from what I can see is Vaillant and Ecomax on it, any idea where the model no. may be?

PS. I ask because I have an issue with the room thermostat and the boiler, the boiler doesn't kick in if the thermostat is switched on but if I press a few buttons on the boiler the heating will come on but only for a while. A friend may be able to fix it but he needs the manual and at the moment I can't locate one.
