Blowing fuse on my Magnovox MWC24T5 TV/VCR/DVD combo?

That little fuse by the power suppy on the pc board in the tv keeps blowing as soon as it is plugged in. Any ideas on what might be the culprit. By searching these forums I have found other people who are having the same problem with this unit. TV is only a couple years old, well kept and seems a shame to trash the whole thing. To take it to be repaired may be more than it's worth. Thanks for any help.
