topping up steering fluid on 51 laguna?

if you look to the left of the engine bay from the front you have the screen wash fill and just to its right is the power steering reservoir black cap with wheel sign. if you are losing fluid you might have the same problem I've just discovered the cooling fins on the bottom of the engine has cut into the return line on the right hand side,
