I brought it with an extended warrenty 4 months ago from MFI what a joke. ithis morning it started bleeping and flashing 3 red lights no matter what I do I cannot get it to work. Have tried MFI ect but noone will help or the warrenty people. PLEASE HELP any suggestions.!
My ACA9102 has also just stopped working. the power light is on, but non of the other buttons seem to workk - I cannot choose the cycle or the delay. If i press the power and the programme buttons at the same time, all lights come on, but then nothing again.....

Hi, you will have to take the plinth off and then take the black plastic cover off the front.Look inside with a torch and check if there is water in the base.Turn ALL the power off at the mains.then, drain any water out of the base.this should reset it.Check that the drain hose is raised up and not facing down as this causes a back fill, also do noy use 3 in 1 power ball tablets as these over foam.Hope all goes well.All the best.
