How can I get my Triton caselona shower to turn off?
Last night I had a shower, and when I turned it off, the water kept running. Even the ceiling switch will not shut it off. The only way to stop the shower is to turn the water off at the main stop tap - hardly ideal!!
Any ideas as to how I can remedy this? Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
The ceiling switch operates the electric and as the triton has a mechanical on off / temp dial this will not isolate the water.Turning the power off at the switch makes it safe but if the mechanical valve has failed it will still run cold water. Seek repairs or replacement under warranty. Or have repaired by a qualified or competant person.
