how to unblock the toilet?

My toilet sink is full and the water doesnt seem to drain at all. I tried using the plunger, but it didnt help me this time. Can you please suggest something to me?

caustic soda down the loo and sink unblocker down the sink.

Care though with the caustic soda!

you should have a trap directly under the outlet. undo by twisting clockwise and clean. be careful to have something to catch water when you undo trap. hope this helps good luck
