is the kenwood chef mixer model #702 use the same as 701?
we are looking for peices for the kenwood chef model 701 if anyone could help us out that would be great. the mixer is white and blue and has a steel mixing bowl. I belive there are 3 attachments that go with this model.All we can seem to find are the peices for model #702 and are wondering if these will fit.We hope somone can help, thanks
The 702 is virtually the same machine, the main difference was a slightly more powerful motor with electronic speed control compared with a mechanical governor. The toothed drive belts are different sizes, the main gearbox is interchangeable. Most of the external attachments will fit, although you will have to remember that the 701 will not have the power to run the heavier attachments.
