Hi, Just replaced fuse 67 in my 07 Transit 260. All working again now! Many thanks for the great info. If anyone is looking for a spare fuse to replace blown one, There's plenty of spares inside fuse box cover on relay box under the bonnet. Thanks again.

swing down the glove box in front of you is the fuse box its the one that is behind this that you want there are two clips at the top left and right push these in and it will drop down looking at the left hand fuses no 67 is 3rd from the right

its not obvious where it is , on mine theres a second fuse box hiding behind the 1st fuse box which is called the relay box. behind the passenger glove box , the relay box all swings downwards by a clip hiding at the top BACK . then u can see fuse 67 . I did mine with out removing the front relay box cover.

My 57 transit has had the same problem...10a red fuse, no.67 sorts the problem...Main dealer mechanic said that the fuse blows if you constantly try to wash the screen when the resovoir is empty, or the water in the tubes has frozen.Make sure the water jets for the screen are clear as this could blow the fuse also.

I had the same problem, washers just stopped working. Located the fuse box behind the glove box which flips down to reveal another fuse box. 10A red fuse no.67. All works fine now.

it's behind the standard relay box in the passenger side. the standard box flips downward to access the passenger junction box, fuse no. 67

Hi Stuart. Have you found this out as I suspect I also have the same problem on an 07 plate transit (280). The washer has just suddenly stopped working. The details in the manual does not list the fuse number for the washer so I'd be grateful the same info.
