I cannot use my card for pulling needles out for designs. When I run the carriage acroos it does not pull the neddles out and the card does not go to the next row.
have you got everything set up exactly as per instructions and doing it in the order they say to. They are very fussy like that . It is very easy to miss one little thing and it doesn.t work.
